Daydreamer
We all drift off on occasion from the reality of life. Daydreaming sparks our imagination which can be used to take us on a mini break from a stressful day or engage us with an idea that we can then make into reality. Daydreaming is harmless unless it's distracting you from daily responsibilities or causing too much worry, and anxiety. If you are daydreaming to often start jotting down, or recording exactly what you are seeing when you drift off. After a while a pattern will come to light, you can use the information to solve real life issues. I strongly recommend starting meditation which will help you learn to stay focused.
