I try to keep myself well, both physically and mentally, but this has seen me take more preventive health supplements than I can handle, too many superfoods that occupy my pantry, too many healing therapies for different concerns, and too much of confusion and clutter in my mind. Frankly, I’m getting exhausted in my pursuit of wellness. Is it possible to declutter your life and still achieve optimal wellness in a few simple ways? Please help.
