Inner Child Healing

o cut the cord and break the chain. I can tell Unlearning what we’ve learned from wounded people is difficult as it becomes ingrained in the soul. If a family is very dysfunctional, physical, and mental abuse can leave scars. Inner Child Healing is a good way to help yourself heal. Emotional Me

It’s time to give yourself a break, stop beating yourself up! Own your emotions, after all the reason we have them is to help us deal with what’s going on in our life. The only person that can help you is yourself, here is the recipe for a good soul journey: Journal every thought or draw it. Meditation and Prayer. Exercise. Eat right, and drink plenty of water. Walk, or ride a bike. Use Essential Oils. Consider Flower Essences. Let yourself cry it out. Forgive yourself and forgive others. Scream out loud. Feel the darkness until you see the light, (it’s okay you won’t break)....
