Many individuals suffer from a host of chronic illnesses that cause pain. Dealing with pain, and the emotions of not being in the same health as you once were can be devastating. I know first hand from a C-spine issue and lumbar spine (sciatic) issue that some days it is hard to stay positive because you cant move, the pain takes over, and carries you to a realm of darkness. At this point it is hard to stay focused let alone positive. My mission is to help those in physical or emotional pain. I have personally dealt without using pain medications.
