From Your Wellness Magazine, Reader Question

I'm a 54 years old man and lately I have been feeling really tired and lacking energy. I eat consciously, don’t smoke, and drink only occasionally. Despite my long hours at work I also ensure that I walk at least for half an hour every day as exercise but I have noticed that my sex drive has decreased significantly, my body fat is growing and muscle mass is reduced; I’m low on motivation, finding it difficult to focus and have trouble sleeping. Can you help?
