Soul Goal #3
#3 Soul Goal
The third soul goal is all about your reaction and emotions discovered during your inner child work. By now you may have had that "Aha!" moment. You can recognize it by your behavior, emotions, and the "knowing" that you can do the work needed to find balance of the darkness and light. Knowing can be tough, not all memories buried deep in your subconscious are pleasant. Buried traumatic events that haven't been addressed may lead to physical and depressives disorders. Anything you can't handle will need to be addressed by a licensed professional. My client with abandonment issues was crying for days, she now truly remembered the circumstances that made her fearful. She now recognizes how her behaviors have impacted her family. Her goal now is to let her emotions out, and talk to her family about her discovery. You can ask for compassion and patience. Her habit of trying to control her husband, children, and friends is hard to break, therefore, I recommended, spa day, to control an issue just redirect, the controlling way, for example putting money in the jar. The money will be used for spa day or anything else you enjoy. This is mainly used to help you identify how controlling you have been and how committed you are to change.
The following are ideas to keep you on your soul path:
Centering prayers, visualizing your divine connection.
Use of essential oils, and flower essences, determined by what needs support or healing.
Journal everyday, just write whatever comes to mind through dark or light.
Make time everyday for spiritual practice.
