#5 Soul Goal
#5 Soul Goal
How do you find out who your authentic self is? Well, you could start by identifying who you really are by stripping away everything that is not your truth or what others want you to be. This can take time, for example if you always wanted to be a chef yet you're working in construction because it's the family business, you may hate it. You have to find a way, maybe take baby steps, towards your goals. I'd start by taking classes part time in culinary arts. So many of us have fears of judgement from our family, friends, and coworkers. The judgement part of our religious and spiritual needs really scares us; we think it over in our heads like a constant loop. "What will my parents think of me converting to Buddhism, when they are strict Catholics?" "What would Christian friends think me studying esotericism?"
You don't need approval from others; you'll never make your soul visible if you're living your life for others. Take care of your mind, body, and spirit.
Find your true colors and what makes you truly bloom. Find the path to love your authentic self.
