The benefits of this type of eating is that you are eliminating processed foods, you are consuming foods close to their natural state without any alterations to how they were meant to be consumed. The diet has you eat lots of fruits and vegetables. It may help to reduce the onset of chronic diseases such as arthritis, MS, Crohn’s disease Celiac disease and IBS, most likely because grains are not being consumed, less gluten, and is much lower in carbohydrates. One concern, cardiac patients, some of the information showed people who do this type of diet consumed as much meat as they want. The weight loss from this plan would be beneficial to a cardiac patient as long as they're not consuming to many fatty meats, and are choosing lean options. Ahi Tuna & Pine Nut Recipe

I chose this recipe after my husband Dan created a few for us to taste this weekend. My husband is a chef and I love fish.  Ahi Tuna with Pine nuts 4 servings 16 oz center cut Ahi tuna 6 oz black pepper  2 tbsp olive oil 16 oz spinach 6 oz raspberries 6 oz pine nuts 12 oz balsamic vinegar  1.) reduce balsamic in a small saucepan over low heat until it thickens like a syrup. 2. ) coat ahi with pepper 3.) place oil in pan sear ahi for a minute on each side, one extra minute if prefered. 4.) Prepare plate with uncooked spinach berries and pine nuts, drizzle balsamic reduction over the top.  5.) slice ahi 1/8’ slices and place 4oz on each plate.  The experience of the recipe I chose was love in each bite, I really wish I could eat this everyday of my life. The body benefits of eating this type of food is pine nuts are rich in vitamin E, they are full of antioxidants. How Bad Is Your Pain??

It's morning about 7am, I've been up changing positions trying to find a part of my body that isn't hurting so maybe I could get some sleep. Every area except maybe the crown of my head either burning, tingling ,creaking, stabbing, not moveable, just constant f..... pain, body parts so rigid they get stuck in a position that's not normal. As I'm typing now everything is curled over in my hand today. I'm being quiet as a mouse now not to wake up my princess MinPin her name is Nugget, as I know the minute she's awake she'll want her breakfast and the bowls are on the floor. I'm to stiff right now to reach the bowls so I'll pour the water from 3 feet up and hope it makes it into the bowl, same with the food. As I make coffee she'll wait to go outside as she knows we have to go at my speed (slow), first I have to put my feet in my shoes then shuffle over and try to swing my leg up on the ottoman then trying to bend to pull up the backs of my shoe...
