Love The Skin You’re In

Skin is the largest organ of our body, and just like the rest of our body responds well to good nutrition. I recommend a diet high in antioxidants, omega 3, vitamins A, B, C, D, E, minerals, Zinc, Magnesium, low glycemic index, and high anti inflammatory foods. Drink lots of water!

Tumeric

Ginger

Nuts and seeds

Artichokes

Berries (Blueberry, Acacia, Goji)

Dark chocolate

Green leafy vegetables( Kale, Spinach)

Salmon & Sardines

Herbal and green tea

Avocado

Citrus fruits

Pumpkin and Squash

Some studies show an increase of Acne and Rosacea, from dairy products, also avoid any known food allergens. Spicy and hot foods increase Rosacea. Greasy food causes Acne on contact in some people.

Psoriasis and Eczema respond well to a diet with Vitamins and Omega 3. Some people have an increase of rash from gluten, tomatoes, and citrus fruits.

Get a Skin Cancer screening yearly!!!

Wear sunscreen!

Only use lukewarm to cool water on Rosacea, Eczema, and Psoriasis.

Moisture skin one to two times daily, don’t use high fragrance or high chemical on skin with an active rash.

Any non healing skin conditions consult a Dermatologist.

An Esthetician can help keep your skin clean, and recommend skin care for your type of skin.
