It all started when I was a child with severe allergies including food, preservatives, and environment. Nobody realized how allergic I was until I was hospitalized for, anaphylaxis

The body reacts to allergy and autoimmune diseases, the best advice for home care is
an anti inflammatory diet. There are a lot of books available however, if you have food allergies to certain foods those need to be eliminated as well. Aside from avoiding allergens the first step is GMO free, and eating whole foods. Eat foods in their pure form, no boxed or prepared food. I have found that it simplifies eating, I go to the grocery store and shop the veggie, and fruit area, then add fish or lean meat. I buy goat, feta cheese, mozzarella, and then head to the seed, and nut aisle. I then look for dairy free milk such as rice or almond. Quinoa has become my favorite as you can add anything to it and it tastes delicious.
