Cilantro & Lime Quinoa
You could decrease the volume of Quinoa and add 3-4 oz of chicken breast. You could use fresh one ingredient per bottle seasoning to avoid inflammatory properties. Do not use any boxes or packaged mixes.
I like the following recipe if it’s for one person cut down the amount of chicken. I feel this bowl would taste better by keeping it simple let the cilantro and lime shine.

1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into ¼ -inch thick slices
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thinly strips
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thinly strips
1 large yellow red pepper, seeded and cut into thinly strips
2 medium red onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
