Healing Yourself Spiritually

So how exactly do you heal yourself spiritually. Healing yourself spiritually is different for each of us. I find that praying, being in nature, and reading books about religion, and different philosophies helps me feel a spiritual connection. Many of my clients during their initial consultation tell me that they feel unconnected to the world, lost, stressed, and have different beliefs than their family or friends. All of those feelings are okay, it’s a sign of wanting a more spiritual life vs. materialistic. You always start with “self,” years ago before my awakening I didn’t think there was anything about me that needed fixing to progress spiritually. Stop Negative Thought Patterns

We don’t think about how negativity impacts our lives. Negativity actually  brings on more negativity, it also takes more energy to be negative. Once you   start on the path of negative thought it usually causes a day of negative thought.   Think about the last time you said “ It’s going to be one of those days.” You’ve  already started your day verbalizing a negative thought pattern, next you spill your  coffee, and again think about how bad your day is. This thought pattern leads to  a whole day of negativity. It takes time to train your brain not think this way, it’s  something you automatically do. I recommend meditation in the morning, even if  It’s only five minutes, putting yourself in a calm mood is a great way to start the day.  Meditation, prayer, a morning walk are all ways to start the day positively.
