Stop Negative Thought Patterns


We don’t think about how negativity impacts our lives. Negativity actually brings on more negativity, it also takes more energy to be negative. Once you start on the path of negative thought it usually causes a day of negative thought. Think about the last time you said “ It’s going to be one of those days.” You’ve already started your day verbalizing a negative thought pattern, next you spill your coffee, and again think about how bad your day is. This thought pattern leads to a whole day of negativity. It takes time to train your brain not think this way, it’s something you automatically do. I recommend meditation in the morning, even if It’s only five minutes, putting yourself in a calm mood is a great way to start the day. Meditation, prayer, a morning walk are all ways to start the day positively. You will already have shifted your brain to a calmer way of thinking.  I recommend Flower
