Time and Time again I have witnessed therapeutic success through Hypnotherapy. Everyone questions; what really happens when I get hypnotized? Do I lose my ability to make decisions? Happy New Year- Self Healing

 Today is a great Day to reflect on how you can make subtle changes in your life. Start everyday thinking about what your blessings are. All of us should have a place in our home to create a sacred place that reminds us of what we have to be thankful for. When I get melancholy about things that bring me down in life such as lack of income, stress or just the day to day grind,  I go to my sacred space and see pictures of what makes me happy, I visualize the family,  and friends I have in my life. I have a large frame on the wall 24 x 36" in diameter that I made into a collage with pictures of all the times that made me happy, it helps to keep me centered on what's truly important.  Ideally if you have the space I would suggest creating an area that you can go to isolate the outside world,  start out slowly by practicing meditation.
