Love The Skin You’re In

Skin is the largest organ of our body, and just like the rest of our body responds well to good nutrition. I recommend a diet high in antioxidants, omega 3, vitamins A, B, C, D, E, minerals, Zinc, Magnesium, low glycemic index, and high anti inflammatory foods. Drink lots of water! Tumeric Ginger Nuts and seeds Artichokes Berries (Blueberry, Acacia, Goji) Dark chocolate Green leafy vegetables( Kale, Spinach) Salmon & Sardines Herbal and green tea Avocado Citrus fruits Pumpkin and Squash Some studies show an increase of Acne and Rosacea, from dairy products, also avoid any known food allergens. Spicy and hot foods increase Rosacea. Greasy food causes Acne on contact in some people. Psoriasis and Eczema respond well to a diet with Vitamins and Omega 3. Some people have an increase of rash from gluten, tomatoes, and citrus fruits. Get a Skin Cancer screening yearly!!! Wear sunscreen! Only use lukewarm to cool water on Rosacea, Eczema, and Psoriasis. Are You Really Awake or Waking

Yet, they will not be truly awakened. Many of us are in a state of self-consciousness, we are asking questions, and seeking knowledge. The fact that you have come to the point of self-consciousness is at the very beginning of the journey. No one at this stage of waking has to rid themselves of egotistical ways, this can be hard to do, so at first you’ll make mistakes, such as losing your temper, being jealousy, etc. To be fully awake which I like to call celestial, takes time.
